• Easy to Load: Pallets are loaded into the environmental chamber utilizing the easy-to-use pallet loading system. These specially designed, low-cost carts roll easily in and out of the chamber while providing sufficient spacing for proper treatment of the wood.
• Into the Chamber: The chamber is sealed and the heat treatment process is initiated. Nonmanufactured wood packing material is heated until the product reaches a core temperature of 56°C. Temperatures within the chamber are monitored and recorded using a licensed software and data recorders.
• Ready to Stamp and Ship: After treatment, materials are unloaded, stamped and ready for use. HEAT TREATMENT kills insects and other pests living within wood pallets, packing materials, wood products and other commodities.
• Mechanism: The Chamber utilizes heat within a confined area to create an environmentproven effective in the eradication of infested pests.
